All advertising and marketing materials for your fund(s) or ETF(s) are carefully reviewed by Archer's compliance department prior to their printing or use. Archer will in turn file your materials with FINRA for further review according to FINRA rules.
In certain situations, Archer is able to maintain registrations such as a Series 6 or 7 and 63 for those employees of the advisor who are involved in wholesaling your fund(s).
Utilizing Archer's NSCC membership, we can obtain a separate NSCC clearing number for your mutual fund(s).
As a client of Archer you can utilize our existing relationships to help establish new selling or authorized participation (AP) agreements as applicable. Archer will also coordinate the execution of and maintain copies of agreements that are established for your fund(s) or ETF(s).
Archer is able to support creation and redemption order requirements that pass between the sponsor, authorized participants and the custodian thus supporting both custom ETF baskets and restricted securities at the time of order placement.
